    fix: move rtlsdr import to unit to work around FPC bug · 1df2f0da

    We currently can't declare the EnumHelper for TRtlSdrTunerType in the same unit as the imports due to a string constant identifier bug ('ansistrrec21'). Fix this once the compiler doesn't fail anymore.
